🔁 Returns & Refund Policy

Desertline Studio

At Desertline Studio, all products are custom-made to order. Because of the personalised nature of our items, we have specific return guidelines to ensure fairness for both parties.


🛍 Custom & Personalised Orders

All customised or personalised products (including printed t-shirts, mugs and other made-to-order items) are non-refundable and non-returnable unless:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item has a manufacturing defect
• We made an error with your order

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Minor colour variations due to screen differences
• Spelling errors approved by the customer

Please double-check sizing, spelling and design approvals before confirming your order.


📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Email clear photos of the item and packaging

  3. Include your order number

If approved, we will:

• Replace the item at no extra cost
OR
• Issue a refund (depending on the situation)


🚚 Shipping Issues

Desertline Studio is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by courier services
• Lost packages due to incorrect address details provided by the customer

If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect delivery details, additional shipping fees may apply.


💳 Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to reflect
