This website is operated by Desertline Studio, based in South Africa. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Desertline Studio.
By using our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Products & Services
Desertline Studio provides custom sublimation printing on apparel, mugs and other personalised items.
All products are made to order. Due to the customised nature of our products:
• Colours may vary slightly from what appears on your screen
• Final prints may differ slightly from mockups
• Customers are responsible for selecting correct sizes and approving designs
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
3. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received and confirmed.
Desertline Studio is not responsible for pricing errors caused by technical issues. In the event of an incorrect price listing, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund.
4. Order Acceptance
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order.
We reserve the right to:
• Cancel orders suspected of fraud
• Refuse bulk orders at our discretion
• Cancel orders containing inappropriate, offensive or illegal content
If we cancel an order, a full refund will be issued.
5. Intellectual Property
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any images, logos or designs submitted for printing.
Desertline Studio is not liable for copyright or trademark infringement resulting from customer-provided artwork.
We reserve the right to refuse printing copyrighted material without proof of permission.
All content on this website, including branding, logos and product designs, remains the property of Desertline Studio and may not be copied or used without permission.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times provided are estimates only and may vary depending on courier services.
Desertline Studio is not responsible for:
• Courier delays
• Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
• Delays caused by public holidays or unforeseen events
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed to the courier.
7. Returns & Refunds
Please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for detailed information.
As most products are custom-made, returns are limited to defective or incorrect items only.
8. Limitation of Liability
Desertline Studio shall not be liable for:
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business
• Delays outside our control
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the product purchased.
9. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with South African privacy laws.
We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except as necessary to process orders (e.g., payment processors and courier services).
